Event Confidentiality and Attendance Policy

1. Confidentiality of Event Details

   • All information regarding Sage Social Club events, including but not limited to event dates, times, locations, themes, and activities, is confidential and intended solely for active members of the Club.

   • Sharing event details with non-members or individuals whose membership has been terminated is strictly prohibited.

2. Event Attendance Restrictions

   • Only active members with a valid and current membership are permitted to attend Club events.

   • Former members who have canceled or had their membership terminated are not allowed to attend events, even as guests of active members.

3. Consequences of Violation

   • Any member found sharing event details with non-members or facilitating the attendance of non-members or former members at events will be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of their membership without refund.

4. Guest Policy Compliance

   • Guests are only permitted to attend events if they are pre-registered and accompanied by an active member, as outlined in the Club's Guest Policy. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with all Club policies.

5. Enforcement and Monitoring

   • The Club reserves the right to monitor attendance and verify membership status at all events. Proof of active membership, such as a digital membership ID, may be required for entry.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, members acknowledge and accept these restrictions and agree to uphold the integrity and exclusivity of the Sage Social Club.
